If it doesn't work, you get your money back
If a plugin doesn't work on a supported system (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, a VST3 host) and we can't fix the problem, we refund you. Ask within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
- Use the support form or email contact@vvsaudio.com.
- Include your order number, the plugin, your DAW and what happens.
- We'll first try to get it running. If we can't, the refund goes back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and the license is deactivated.
Change of mind
Plugins are digital products delivered instantly, so we don't refund a change of mind once the product has been downloaded or activated. Try the free WESTIMER Lite first if you're unsure.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country. If a product has a major failure, you're entitled to a remedy.
